Starting a roofing equipment company

GATOR Roofing Equipment began in 1986 as East Point Equipment Company. Originally, a highly specialized roofing equipment repair center, distributor, and reseller, GATOR Roofing Equipment emerged as a result of industry desire and need. At GATOR, we make an intentional effort to avoid total assembly line style production. Many of our employees have been with the company since it began. In most instances, the individual welder-fabricator is responsible for products from start to finish. This enhances job satisfaction as well as a greater degree of quality control for the finished product. GATOR Roofing Equipment is hand-built for the roofing industry by industry experts! We have grown again to 36,000 square feet of factory and warehouse space located in the city of Woodbury Georgia.  ​
